By selecting these seats I also confirm that I am vaccinated and have downloaded the IMMUNE APP where my vaccination status is confirmed in green. I accept that violating these rules will result in losing these tickets without a refund. I also confirm that I will abide by all Ozone COVID – 19 rules and regulations set forth in this booking process and in cinemas, and that violating them will result in losing these tickets.
1. Tickets are available at the cinema using your Booking ID from the counter or KIOSK. If you do not have your Booking ID with you, the tickets cannot be issued. Please make sure, while booking online, you are getting the BOOKING ID by email, if not please contact ozone cinemas as quick as possible.
2. No refunds will be issued for Online transactions.
3. Children of above age 3 need tickets for admission.
a. Censor Rating should check whether the movie is E, PG, 13+ or 18+.
b. Children, younger than 13 years, wont allow to watch the 13+ and 18+ movies.
c. You can see all movie censor ratings in the Movie Info, on the website.
4. Ozone reserves the right to shift your seat in case a free seat is available next or in between your seats upon Covid protocols.
5. Please make sure, you get the BOOKING ID from the website menu MY BOOKINGS page or your email, Otherwise contact the Ozone Cinemas asap.
